Hi lovely’s! My name is Olivia and I am a licensed esthetician based in Broad Ripple, Indiana. I offer lash extensions, facials, waxing services, and lash lift and brow laminations! I have been lashing since 2021, and I would love to make you feel beautiful and provide you an amazing service! I look forward to meeting you :) POLICIES: WHEN BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT: •Debit or Credit cards are required in order to reserve an appointment •Clicking the checkbox for the liability agreement and policy acknowledgement is required. Photo agreement is not required to be checked if you are not comfortable with photos. •Please text me after booking your appointment to receive the entire address •Payments can only be made by card or cash. I do not accept Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle. PRIOR TO YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT PREP: •Please come to your appointment with squeaky clean lashes. That means no mascara or leftover strip lash glue residue. If we have to spend time removing either of these, it cuts into your appointment time and I will not be able to place as many lashes as possible. PRIOR TO YOUR WAXING APPOINTMENT PREP: •To start let’s go ahead and throw out that razor!! Please come to me with 4-6 weeks of hair growth. Wax cannot pickup any hair smaller than a grain of rice. Make sure to drink plenty of water as hydrated follicles come out much easier than dehydrated ones! Exfoliate your skin 3-4 times a week and 24 hours before your wax appointment! I have oils and exfoliants for purchase that are targeted for ingrowns, dark spots, razor bumps, etc. •Waxing cannot be performed until the person has been off actutane for at least 6 months after stopping. Please let me know asap if you have been on accutane. •Come to your wax in loose bottoms I also recommend avoiding underwear after the wax appointment to avoid friction and uncomfortability. •For Facial Waxing, please avoid retin-a, retinols, differin, etc. for a week before your wax. The skin may be lifted since these products thin the skin. Avoid sun exposure before your treatment since waxes cannot be performed on sunburned skin as well. FACIAL SERVICE REQUIREMENT: All first time facial guests must book a consultation either as a stand alone service or in addition to a service. It's the foundation for effective and safe treatments that truly work for you. We will discuss skincare goals, concerns, treatment plans, product recommendations, medical history, and much more to ensure the perfect and safe treatment for you. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULE: Any cancellations or rescheduling MUST happen at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule under 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service. On the day of your appointment and you do not show up or call to notify (No call/No show) You will be charged 100% of the service and will not be able to book with me again. For Brazilian, Bikini, or intimate area wax clients, cancellation due to being on your menstrual cycle will result in these cancellation policies as well since you can get waxed on your period. If you decide you are not able to continue with a waxing service in the middle of the service, 100% of the service will still be charged. LATE FEE: If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, there will be a $10 fee added to your service. If you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you are at risk of being charged 100% of the service. LASH EXTENSIONS: FILL INS: A minimum of 50% of your lashes must be intact to be considered a fill. It is recommended to schedule a fill every 2 weeks to keep your lashes maintained. After 3 weeks you are no longer eligible for a fill and you must schedule a full set. Please do not schedule a fill if you have less than 50% of lashes because I will not have the time to fill them in all of the way. If you show up to your appointment with less than 50% of lashes, you will be charged a full set. If you are unsure, you can send me a picture :) FOREIGN FILLS: I do not accept foreign fills. I will be happy to remove any leftover lashes you have from another artist and do a full set. You will need to book a removal and a full set of you have other work on you.
